Returns & Refunds

At Oak & Ivory Prints, each order is produced to specification, often using customer-supplied artwork. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been correctly printed.

Due to the nature of personalised and made-to-order products, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or have been produced incorrectly.


Faults, Damage & Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.


Artwork & Copyright Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork is correct before printing, including spelling, layout, sizing, and image quality.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use all images, logos, text, and content included in your design.

Oak & Ivory Prints accepts no responsibility for any copyright or intellectual property infringements arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Any legal responsibility remains solely with the customer.


Printing & Colour Variations

While we take great care to ensure accurate colour reproduction, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.

These variations are a normal part of printing and are not considered faults.

We always aim to produce work to a high standard, using carefully selected materials and consistent production methods.
